thats difficult to answer with no background. The best thing is to strike up conversation and get to know him better. Once you are on talking terms you can guide conversation toward relationships and the type of women he finds attractive etc. Then you can make subtle hints about yourself and see how he reacts.
Failing this, just walk up to him and snog his face off - if he likes you he will kiss you back if he pushes you away it's a no no!

I'm in the same situation. I think that you need to just talk to him for a while, you know as friends. But SLOWLY move up to flirty things. like "wrestling" and such.
well anyways, just take everything slow. get to know him. make it worth it. =)

Just go for it. If you really think he might not like you, you could just make a move and then quickly slip into 'oh it was just a joke'...unless he says he likes it, of course....then say your serious.

Ok.....well. Today, my best friend passes a note to the guy i like and in it was written ' Ankita(me) likes u'.....so now he knows that i like him. So.......If ur not sure if he likes u, u cud just ask him. It's the easiest and bestest way....... Good Luck!
