The airlines aren't the ones who confiscate your things. It's the security people (TSA). Your hair care implements are just fine. I carry my blow dryer and curling iron and have no problem. To make things easier, place them on top of the clothes so that if they open your carry-on bag they don't have to tear everything apart to get to it.

google delta airlines for a number. or there should be a number on the back of your airline ticket, and if that fails, you could always call the airport that you are flying out of. good luck and have a good trip!

You should check your baggage and not have it in the carry on.
My friend (who does not have t.v.) lost some things as she was unaware of the restrictions in place.
Most time I fly I check everything (except medications) that way when I change flights I don't have to lug the carry on around w/me.

you can bring that but check it in. because it might get confiscated if you put it in your carry on bag. i'm not sure thought.
