Call there.
Tell them you would like to access the baptismal records, and tell them why.
You should be able to make an appointment to do so.

The monastery (Which one? Is there only one? I honestly don't know) should keep a record of all baptisms that have taken place there. If it isn't there, it might be kept at a nearby church. I don't know if you'll be able to get a copy of the list of names or anything like that, though.

The monastery should have kept records, though I'm sure it would be just a listing by date. Lots to go through.

call the Franciscan Monastery office. or the Diocesan office of that area.
I'm not sure if it would be a privacy issue or not

I do not believe that they make these records public but if you have a specific person in mind you might ask and get that info.

Most churches keep pretty good records of those things...I'm not sure who you would need to ask for that church though.
good luck
