I once had a Pinot Noir from Russian River Valley (California) while camping, and I happened to be eating Ramen noodles with it -- and it was great.
We joked that the best pairing for a $30 bottle of Pinot was a cup of $1 noodles...

LMFAO...
A fine merlot should do the trick. There's nothing quite like a fine wine and a steaming bowl of 10 cent Ramen Noodles.

Goes ask the wino on the street. They undoubtably are experts on both wine and Ramen Noodles.

Classy. It depends on what flavor. If it's chicken, I would go with a red wine. Perhaps Boone's Farm Wild Raspberry or Arbor Mist Sangria Zinfandel. If it's shrimp flavored, I would suggest a white wine, Arbor Mist Exotic Fruits White Zinfandel or Boone's Hard Lemonade.

Depending on the flavor of the Ramen...red meat flavors are almost always paired with red wines and white meat/poultry with white. However, I have always found that whatever wine you like is what will go best with any meal. Enjoy what you like and don't worry about it.

Most people eating Ramen Noodles can't afford wine anyway, so I guess whatever you have on hand......

Dude if you're eating ramen, shouldn't the only choices be Boone's Farm or Mad Dog 20/20?

I think I would go with a Burgundy if you are eating the beef one or a Chilean Malbec with the chicken flavored one. This is such a fun question! If you eat mac and cheese in the near future consider pairing it with Robert's Rock Shiraz from the Western Cape in South Africa; it is a delicious combo!
