It has an imprint that looks like HR225 or maybe HD225? It's scored and it looks like it might be kinda old.

Throw it away. HR 225 Mini is 25 mg ephedrine and 200 mg guaifenesin. It's an over-the-counter product sold for asthma relief

Could be quaifenesin and pseudoephedrine, hyoscyamine, or aspirin and corpheniramine. Those are the only ones i found with the numbers 255. I didn't find any with either HD or HR on them.
