Uh, I saw your pic. What kind of a society are we living in when girls like you and those who responded who also think you are fat? Hun, you are NOT fat! Now if you were 20 pounds heavier then yeah you would be a bit chubby. Wake up people that is why we have so much girls with anorexia! Love yourself :)

Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an
extremely powerful effect on you.
Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.
He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.
Hope that helps.

Exercise! Believe me, it's the only way to have a fit body. Along with regular exercise, you may also control your food intake with Weight Loss/Hoodia sample. These will help develop firmer muscles, while you burn fats and shed off those extra pounds. Check out this site http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php for more info.

the first thing to change that is how you eat certain foods such as beans go straight to your hips. Exercise is the other balance thing but not just any exercise, squats and lunges will help out a lot.

Weight loss is about how much you eat. Muscle tone is about your exersizes. You need to cut out about 800 to 1000 calories a day and shed a quick 20. Then you can worry about your workout.

A healthy way to get slim (and stay slim) is to increase your exercise. This helps to burn extra calories and raises your resting metabolic rate. It keeps your body working efficiently and it boosts your motivation to lose weight.
How Exercise Helps You to Slim Your Body
Let's say you eat an average slice of angel food cake (approx 150 calories).
If you jump rope, you can burn off all these calories in about 13 minutes.
If you walk at 3mph, you can burn off these calories in about 30 minutes.
In addition, exercise helps to raise your metabolic rate, which makes it easier to lose weight.
Finally, exercise also helps you to lose weight by boosting your motivation to stick to your weight loss program.
