My Garlic Bread!! Everyone I know begs me to make this whether its for a lasagna go-along or just a get together.

1 loaf french bread (halved, lengthwise)

mix together:

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesean cheese
2 bunches green onions (chopped)
7 to 10 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 Tbs worchestershire sauce

Mix all together, spread on bread halves & broil. Cook until topping is brown & bubbly. Let cool a few minutes & cut. Delicious!! I guarantee it!!!

Lasagna is very heavy, a tossed saled goes nice, also a green vegetable like broccoli rabe, or spinach minus the e coli!

Garlic bread and salad are always a good stand-by. A hot veggie that goes well is steamed asparagus with butter or broccoli with a Parmesan cheese sauce.

A fresh tossed salad & garlic bread hot from the oven. If you need one more side, do french style green beans or asparagus marinated in garlic italian dressing......A nice glass of wine will top it off!!

Me, I say, garlic bread with cheese, and a tossed salad with your choice of dressing.

Yum! :-))

I'd also say a great big glass of icy-cold milk, but everyone may not agree with me on this one!

Maybe a chilled red wine? Not too sure about the wine, or the chilling. I am not a member of The Cult of the Wine! :-))

lasagna is a meal in itself, best served with a simple green salad and crusty bread, garlic or otherwise.

If the lasgna has meat I would say straight vegatables like zucchini. If the lasagna has no meat it can be the side item.
