Any investors want great property in Cheyenne?
I have a 3 bed, 2 bath townhome, going for 98,900.00. Beautiful condition, fresh paint, and it's been for sale since August... no bites. I am asking here because if we can't sell this home, we can't have a baby. (Can't pay for both.) I would really like to start a family. It has been listed with a realtor since August. Otherwise, there wouldn't be an MLS number. Thank you.

I'm sorry I'm of no help.. but you know.. you could work with a realtor to list your home online. It worked to sell my mother's home and apartment in Chicago, Illinois.

ILL TRY AND TALK TO SOME FAMILY MEMBERS IN WYOMING. They might be interested. i can't guerentee anything though.
