You can never become immune. It just goes the same way with any drug. You body becomes more and more used to it, to the point where your body believes it needs it and keeps needing more and more to be satisfied. I get really bad headaches if I don't get enough caffeine in the day.

Yeah, it's totally possible. Caffiene is technically a drug and you have built up a tolerance for it, so in theory you would need more drinks in order to get the jitters again.

take the sugar out i drink a lot every day without and im still going strong after 55 years of coffee so i like it.

Yes you do become habitualised by the caffeine so you have to take more to get the same buzz.

Yes, it definately is possible. Your body gets soo used to the effects of caffene that it just ignores it when you put it in your system.

One can become habituated. I used to drink so much coffee that I needed coffee to go to sleep. My stomach won't let me do that anymore, so I've cut back to one half pot per day.
