These bottles has two different liquids, one usually blue and the other with no color.

iv made one before in a empty 2litre soda bottle,i believe its paint thinner and rubbing alcohol and food coloring. you color the rubbing alcohol w/blue food coloring. mix the proper amounts to your desire to fill the bottle,the alcohol does not mix w/the paint thinner.

Water with blue food colroing added and oil. Find a clear one. They will not mix and the oil will float on top.
