Have you tried this prayer techique?

You "say a prayer" then go to sleep and watch your dreams for a reply that night?

It has worked for me. You?

A reply will happen when you least expect it. It doesnt need to be in a dream.

BY THE WAY ID RATHER BE A BRAIN WASHED CHRISTIAN THEN A LOST SOUL WITHOUT FAITH OR HOPE. ALSO THE ONLY ONES THAT ARE NAIVE ARE THE ONES THAT DO NOT FEAR THE LORD.

I think its a load of bull personally. I have prayed and prayed and prayed about certain issues and they have just got worse and worse and worse. To the point where everyday life is almost dehabilitating sometimes. I feel like iam almost forced to be a modern day marter. God does listen sometimes, but he does not listen to me and I learned that a long long time ago. Iam very religious and I do believe so I dont even want to hear that. It is wasted though because things have never changed and thats the reality. For someone like you maybe you think you have been answered and you havent, or maybe you really have, but soon you will find out its not going to happen anymore.

I have had dreams that woke me up, because they were so real, and I would talk about it for a couple days...and one in particular came to life a few years later--but when I dreamt it, I couldn't figure out what it could mean. So now when I wake up with that feeling, and my dream is really vivid--I write it down right then, and maybe on down the road it will make sense.

I guess that is why those left in New Orleans didn't get the needed water and food cuz it was hard for them to sleep so that God could aswer their prayers. What kind of God do you believe in that would answer your prayers 'in your sleep' and not answer those of people in real need?

Yes, it has worked for me. Sometimes I'll have a question for God, and he responds to me by either showing me a dream or I stumble upon the answer through conversations with people and other things like that.

I've never tried that technique before I have had God communicate w/me through my dreams. The bible states Seek & ye shall find.

Did you ever notice that a reply is not exactly an answer, and even when it is, it's usually the wrong answer?

I'm a Christian, but you should know that God doesn't talk directly to us anymore, through dreams, or otherwise. The only way we can hear God "speak" is through reading the Bible.
