Is there a way I can have more than one line of text in a single cell?

for example:

the quick red fox jumped over
the lazy brown dog

instead of:

the quick red fox jumped over the lazy brown dog

There are two ways to complete this task.

1. Type the top line of the cell, and then hold your Alt key and press Enter. This will create a line break where your cursor was.
2. You can go to the Format menu, Cells, Alignment Tab, and choose Word Wrap. You may still have to change the size of your cell, or you can merge the cell with another one to see the results you want.

If you go to the format cells dialog you can select the wrap text function. It will make the font smaller than the rest of the other text.

right click and format the cell
Format-alignment and wraptext
just make sure you expand the box or if your not altering the columns and rows then highlight the cells you want and merge the wrap text and it will still do the same as you want.
