the ya re like circles on his head like some sars or somethin . can anyone help?

It could be the fungus growth of ringworm, and the bulge being a hematoma (blood blister under the skin) from scratching..
He really needs to see the vet, as no one here can help without seeing the dog..

take him to the vet immediately. He could have a hematoma, tumor, ear infection or numerous others things. Boxers are prone to cancer and several other illnesses. I have 2 boxers and they have never had anything like that.

could be a viral infection or just ear mites , go to a vet , before the dog become deaf in that ear

Take him to the vet. We can't see the dog, we can't run tests, and we are not medical experts. Take the dog to the vet and get a diagnosis.

u need to go to the vet to get that checked out before it comes dangerous but really thats all you can do and listen to what the docter tells you to do

take your dog to the vet as soon as possible. because boxers have a history of cancer. so just be cautiouse about it.
