What is the best ticketing system written for PHP/MySQL?

I've spent the past few days installing and checking out random ticketing software written for PHP/MySQL, and they all suck. I just need a simple interface that can import tickets via email, assign to a queue/owner, easy to install, intuitive interface, but I've so far fallen short. Any suggestions?

If you want something done to your specifications, consider hiring someone to do it. What is easy and intuitive to you won't necessarily be easy and intuitive to another person...
