Super Relaxation Method:
Ingredients:
- 1 box of Epson Salt
- 1 box of bubble bath
- 1 oz of Scented Oil (usually found in herb shops/vitamin shops like rose oil, etc)
- 1 bottle of good wine or good beer (personal preferance)
- 1 bath tub with hot water
- Several Candles (no smell, unless you couldn't find the scented oil)
- 1 boom box with favorite light music, or an enviroment sound cd (the cd's that sound like rain falling, or rain forset, etc)
Directions:
Step 1: Place candles around the bathroom.
Step 2: Add Epsom salt and bubble bath to tube while filling with warm water (both boxes should have directions)
Step 3: Once bath is full ad a healthy amount of the oil to the bath and stir until a light smell permeates throughout the bathroom.
Step 4: Turn on Music
Step 5: Poor 1 glass, and put bottle next to bath tub in case you want more.
Step 6: light candles
Step 7: Turn off lights, and get in.
Relax as long as you want. Do not think about anything just lay down, and let everything wash away. Keep your mind clean of all thoughts, or imagine a happy moment/place.

When I get that way, which I do often, I do a combination of things- one is to drink a warm beverage, like tea, that has soothing properties. There are a lot of them out there. Make sure the one you get is decaffeinated. Then, as I'm drinking this beverage, I do slow and easy neck and back stretches in which I hold a stretched position for at least 20 seconds and slowly release. The final thing I do is take very long slow breaths and listen to myself breathe. It seems to help. I hope this helps you.

I had this same problem until very recently. Until...While working on a psych unit, I had to participate in a group therapy session b/c we were low on patients and they didn't want the patient to feel weird about it. So, some of us nurses subbed in. We had to draw pictures about our stressors and then explain the pictures. I learned a lot about myself, and my stress level has decreased a lot. Not saying that you need a psychiatrist, but just write down how you are feeling and why you feel this way. Do this every evening, or just when you get stressed and need to vent. I'm telling you, this really works if you want it to.

You need to just realize whats really important to you and that everything else doesnt matter and shouldnt stress you out that much. But massages and hot tubs a great way to relieve stress.

lots of different things U can try for e.g 1 a warm bubble bath. 2 exercise(running,sit-ups etc). 3 a vacation.
4 just try to relax(forget about probs) these worked for me.

my answer 2 this is take a deep breath b4 you do somenthing or try taking a cold bath when im streessed i usually read or go 2 a store 2 shop 4 somenthing i really want!!!

Take a real warm bubble bath sip wine and try not to think about anything.. Also you can try heating patches put them where you ache.
