Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to gain employment as a Youth Pastor? I'm looking to start in July and preferably on the east coast

Your Pastor at your church is the one you need to talk to.
He can give you information on training and where to submit your resume for different churches that may be looking for Pastors.
Traditionally youth pastors need to have other employment or means of supporting themselves as the pay is generally very small, mostly its a position of someone while waiting for a full pastor position to be offered to them.
If you are led into youth ministry, be patient, volunteer at your own churches youth activities and most of all stay focused on your calling even when it seems a bit difficult.

you could try teen challange and youth for christ, type in youth pastor on google etc.
