What course would that be? They've never clearly laid out a course.

The only course I see is->
Creating more terrorists, facilitating a civil war, killing off more of our soldiers, killing 1000's more Iraqis, spending billions of dollars, losing billions of dollars thru mismanagement

clearly we can't just leave but this group of buffoons has totally mismanaged the war.

No, we should not stay the course! What does stay the course even mean??? Bush says this in every speech, but he sounds like an idiot because he doesn't tell us exactly what that means. I thought we were in Iraq to get Saddam Heussein, who supposedly had weapons of mass destruction, come to find out he didn't... we did that a year and a half ago. It's not our responsibility to restore peace in Iraq...it's their responsibility. So why are we still there???

Of course we can't just pick up our marbles and go home. If you or I wanted to gain influence on a group, we would align ourselves with the established leadership, first, and the work out goals of the established leadership, then work in a few suggestion[my goals] well you get the picture a change of tactics, new course. Have to see where Bush administration is going now. Presidential elections are two years away, so lets vote our dissatisfaction, and see if they get the message.

I'll make this short and simple....no matter if you agree or disagree with why we're there, we HAVE TO stay the course. If we don't, there will be a coup and we'll be back over there in 6 months and will have lost all the strongholds that we have now. It would be even bloodier.

Well....we should stay and finish the job. That doesn't mean we have to keep doing the same things as before. But definitely we should not "redeploy" the troops out of Iraq until they accomplish Bush's 3 goals of governing themselves, providing their own security, and serving as an ally against terrorism.

Staying the course means staying until the job is done. That does not mean plans on the ground of how to go about doing that should not be flexible.

Why do we continue to see ourselves as separate from our neighbor, our friends, our brother? Would you want to be left alone to be starved, tortured, killed and mocked for being people under the control of Saddam Hussein? What about the Jews that were being carted off by the millions to Hitler's death camps? Why did it take so long for other countries to fight against this evil? Would we have saved lives by the millions if we fought instead of froze... instead of attempting to placate our conscience by saying, It's not OUR fight, leave them ******* to the dogs? For I have heard white Nazi's come again say that aplenty. When one country's leader or leadership is nuts, what would happen if the entire world joined in action to oust an evil dictator sooner and SET THE PEOPLE FREE. Not all Iraqi's chose evil Saddam as their leader, yet they suffer because of some fool's vicious greed and genocide, written under his so-called "politics"? That doesn't make any sense to me. Learn more about all countries and their leaders in depth. Have heart enough to care. Learn to discern if they are good or truly evil. How do they treat their own people? Ask ALL the people, not just the diplomats. Isn't that what Jill Carroll really went to Iraq for? Why did she and others love the Iraqi people so much? She is NOT stupid. I don't listen to Bush for my advise on how to feel towards anyone. It's not him or his dear lazy wife that I honor at all. But I do intend to keep listening to the Iraqi people, who pray for help from the same God I serve. Yeah, for the U.S. servicemen, women and children, as well as the sane Iraqi people, who also gave so many of their own lives to rid their country of filthy Saddam, servant of the devil. Many hated him and are dead. Can't we see through our ignorance yet? Please, let's not abandon any of our countrymen anywhere, not matter what country they find themselves born in.

Why? So evil can grow and overtake us forever? Isn't Saddam Hussein's co-workers, thinkers, still in charge of the country? Why did we leave any of the same-minded "thinkers" of evil there still standing? Aren't they the same "thinkers" still after us in some form as well? Maybe they joined Al Queda. They hate Americans. Know how I know? They proved it with 9/11. They proved it to me personally on my travels in Europe and other countries as well. They were very free with their scorn of Bush and Americans. Why did you vote for him, they often asked. He's a killer, you know, they chided me. Isn't that what we blame the Iraqi people for? Being as insane as their former leader Saddam? Many world leaders and heads of state and governments sided with Saddam against us. Remember? Do you remember how much you are hated, Americans? Are you too comfortable? Maybe they hate you BECAUSE you are so reluctant to join hands against evil. Aren't we or haven't we often been last to join in any crusades against evil? When we went to Vietnam, did we win or lose, really? We took out aplenty of crap there, didn't we? Anyone understand the psychi of Ho Chi Mein yet, one of the deadliest killers of his own people, exactly like Saddam? Wanna' hear some stories from the crucified people in Vietnam who rejoiced because they thought we were their friends, who had come to save them from their hated "leader", then we abandoned them to the same cruel killer? The stories abound aplenty, if you take the time to listen. The sweetest of people who fought so heartily against this crazy leader lost heart and were heavily slaughtered after we left their country. They felt betrayed by both sides. Where do you go when that happens? Insane... and with no more heart for killin'... thousands more of God's gifted and good hearted parents and sweet children killed after we left. They never forgave us, you know. That's our legacy there. Can we do any better when we are given a chance to prove once again that we are not cowards... as many from Vietnam still claim we are... a country still grieving their untold losses of human lives? Cowards? Are we? Turn tail and run? Why? So they can kill YOUR children some more? Have we had enough of the Timothy McVeigh's, the real cowards?

Are people of other races, often poorer than us, always to be left to the demise of cruel dictatorships... some call leaders, I call Satan's favorite little boys. I say we take all Satanists out everywhere all over the earth. Then and then only will we have peace. And for the pragmatist, didn't "Jesus" say, "I came not to bring peace, but a sword." So did Mohammed by the way. Don't think for a minute you're fighting Mohammed, for he is charged as guilty for saying many things he did not say. Same as with many things in the Bible. Do some heavy research before you give up on knowing the bottom line. Get to the deepest truth. Sort out evil from good. There is no in between. Use your educated heart to reveal the difference. You can't convert Satan or his copycat drones, ever. So no, I won't be having a fine chat or sipping tea with any little queers or fools who favor patting sadists on the back, or listening "with a so-called open mind" to any of their crazy excuses for being vicious and diabolically cruel. Thank you for your heartfelt question.

i say get all of our troops out and either nuke the place or let them fight each other until they're all dead. we will never be out of iraq and that place will never be 'peaceful'. fighting and war is all they know over there. i'm just tired of hearing about our men and women dying over there all the time, and for what? oil?
