Would I be okay putting both of my kids in the back of a new honda civic? Safety considered. One is 1 and a half year old and the other is 3 months old

it depends alot on the driver but should be just as safe as any other car on the road

Statistically the rear is the safest place for children. Make sure you have the proper seats & tie downs and your children will be safe. You can also get in contact with your local police department and they will instruct you in how the proper way to install a child seat. Larger cars are not neccesarily safer cars. Only thing that would be alot safer is a vehicle with side curtain air bags.

Having driven all over the country, I can tell you I've seen a lot worse, but I think the investment in a larger and safer car would be an investment in peace of mind!

yes. but you have to use a special seat for babies. You will be wrong if you put the in the front.

I would be nervous about it...it's such a compact car & more for show & speed than anything.
