Hi there, my eyes are the same colour... a little less green, sounds like.
I recently dyed my hair almost black (from dark blonde) and absolutely everyone has been saying how my eyes look stunning.
That's kinda drastic, so if you don't want to do that or already have dark hair, here's what else I do.
Basically, use a complementing or opposite colour to bring out the contrasting color. For me, warm almost reddish brown really makes my eyes pop out. It also creates a contrast between the liner and the white of my eye, so if my eyes are a little bloodshot, they look wayy whiter. The color I absolutely adore is actually a "blush" by Bare Escentuals, called "Warmth". You get a lot of it, and it's also a good color for lips and cheeks. Fantastic for eyes, though. The warmth and redness in the powder contrasts with the cool blue/green in my eyes and makes them more vivid.
If you're more daring, black eyeliner really brings the blue out in my eyes for some reason. And dark brown.
Burgundy mascara is also pretty fun, if you get a dark one. If it's dark enough, it'll make the colors in your eyes stand out without making the observer notice that your eyelashes are a different colour.
Isn't makeup fun?

PS--what's with all the people asking for points??? Isn't this about answering peoples' questions and helping others?

I have green/brown eyes, and I've found that medium-toned grey-black or soft eye make-up colors such as green and blue brings out the green edge.

Wearing clothes in soft yellows, greens, blues, or violets also helps emphasize the green shade. And a pretty matching scarf or necklace/earring set with stones in one of those colors is a big plus.

I'm a model with green eyes and love gold and green on me. Browns don't do much. My favorite is Art Deco from Hot Pants Cosmetics. They were giving 35% off the entire order with coupon code hotpants35. They have amazing eye colors with bases that keep the colors on and the kits come with the brushes. Check out their model photo gallery. Their shadows are silky mineral powders that last 10 hours.

I have green eyes. My close girlfriend works for MAC and she once put a mauve colored (kind of on the dark side) shadow on my lids, not all the way up to my brows, but halfway. That made them pop.
