Don't bother! To raise 1 pint of cold water to body temperature only burns 12.25 cals.Too much water depletes the body of vitamin b,so you would have to take supplements.It makes you kidneys work harder and could be dangerous,and too much can get you DRUNK!You may lose 5lbs a year.

First, drink more water, next don't overdo it on fried foods. Start eating more veggies. Next don't eat after 6:00 and do abs. Good luck!

I think it consist of.... water. But I cant be sure. And im sure if im corret it would work because basically you would be anorexic.

you drink three glasses warm water before every meal, my wife swears by it
