despite not understanding why you would idol paris hilton, my answer is dye your hair blonde and use a straightener to straighten the ends. and if it tends to curl because of the weather, try using bed head- type of hair gel.

If Paris is your idol, go find a drug addict to screw. I'm sure all the "special man juice" in your hair will serve you well as styling gel.

use a medium hair curler just at the bottom, then spray w/ hairspray just a little. run your finers through it but DONT comb it. sorry everyones being so mean, i think shes has fun and i dont see whats wrong with that!

take your hair and twirl it starting about 1/2 way down then curl it with a lg. curling iron that willl give it the wavy tousled look. then set with a light hair spray.
