I wouldn't have worded the question like that.
This "Person" is obviously not your "friend" if they would sink that low as to go out with someone that you their "friend" really likes...
You need to find some better friends...you are worth a lot more than someone who would do that to you.

Perfectly fine - they must like them too if they're going out with them. You shouldn't be jealous if it's a friend...your friend should come first ALWAYS...so if you both happen to like the same guy - and they guy asked one of you out?....then you should just be happy for the friend that's going out...after all it's only a guy - one you like but not attached to - they'll be other guys - there always are...but a good friend is hard to come by and hard to replace.
A TRUE good friend would never tell another one not to go out with a guy because she likes him herself...how selfish is that?!!! A true friend would say, "have a great time!" (and really mean it)

No I think that if they are a good friend that they would know how you feel about the situation and find someone else. There are alot of guys out there. If they are a true friend they will find someone by themselves instead of taking your leftovers. Especially since they know you probably had strong feelings.....

Only if they ask you first and you tell them it is okay. So if they ask, don't lie if you are uncomfortable with them going. I had a situation where my best friend had a crush on a male friend we both had. It turned out he liked me romantically and not her. When he asked me out I told him I had to talk to her. She looked me in the eye and repeatedly told me she had no problem with it, but after we started dated things changed and we were never good friends again.

Not if your friend knows you like them. You should get a better friend.

if she/he waz trying 2 make u jealous then she/he is obviously not your friend. i think it is so rude 2 do that. but if she/he also really really likes him/her as much as u then it is a battlefield & fight like crazy 2 win him! ^_^
