You CANT dye it blonde. The ONLY way to do it, and it's NOT a good idea because it wrecks your hair, is to pull all the color out, then put color back on.

Your hair must be totally bleached out, all the color bleached out of it, which is extremely damaging to the hair. It will turn orange and be ugly. You'll need to keep pulling the color out with bleach, use toner to get the orange out, then put blonde dye on to add the color back in.

I can guarantee you it's something you are going to regret, and it's going to take, literally, YEARS to grow it out and get your hair back.

If you're really dying to go blonde (No pun intended), buy a wig. It's a lot less permanent, and you have the fun, but still have your naturally beautiful hair.

This should only be done by a professional - one who specializes in color. Also, if your natural hair color is black, I doubt very seriously that you'll look good as a blonde, especially platinum. However, if your hair is dyed black, you really don't want to lighten it yourself. Your hair could end up in the sink.

And why would anyone want to do such a stupid thing? Dark hair is so beautiful, like Salma Hayek's hair. Don't ***** it up dying it a trashy looking color like fake bleach blonde. That looks jacked up.

Don't do it. Me and a group of my friends have all agreed, We're sick to death of all the fake blondes. In fact, when we go out, we all get a good laugh because EVERY woman in the bar will have fake blonde hair, with their natural roots showing through. We think women who let their hair stay the natural color have better personalities (they're not fake)

Don't do that we all know that brunets are the best I swear I would pass 100 gorgeous blonds to get to one average brunette

I agree with amyn, you'll regret it. It'll take hours and it costs so much to maintain and thats only if you have any hair left. Dont do it!!!!!! and be happy with what you've got

It'll have to be at least a three step process, maybe four. Don't say I didn't warn you if your hair starts falling out in clumps.
