i sent payment by mail (a bank draft) to the main company that sell it (www.burnthefat.com) 3 weeks ago,they totally dent they recieved the payment,does anybody know where i could get a free copy like from a file sharing service?

I don't know about a free one, but go to www.half.com and they have the best deals on books. It's a division of ebay and there are so many sellers that there's a ton of competition on books when there are a lot of used editions, and you could probably get a screaming deal!
