Its not weight loss...Its toning.
You need to change your mind set.
Look up www.oxygen magazine.com
I keep my flat by using hand weights.
Lay flat on the floor on your back. Put the weights to your chest..one in each hand and raise them above your head and stretch. Hold it ther for 15 to 20 seconds. Keep doing it..You will soon feel your stomach getting tight.
Also you need to cut out all carbinated drinks..it bloats your stomach.
Look up Toning Exercises and don't worry about sweating like crazy...and ignore the scale. Just work on toning.
Its all about muscle and filling in the space under the skin.

Some rare girls are naturally just very lucky. Others do it by hardly eating and working out too much. It's completely normal though for the average woman to carry a little bit of weight around that area. I wouldn't worry about it. :-)

Honestly, I have fast metabolism but I work out like once a week. i also do not like a lot of greasy foods like pizza or hot dogs or Mc. Donalds. Just keep excercising and continue the diet and your stomach will get tone. Good luck.

A professional can help you out with that...there are just muscle that cross you are not using enough...need more twisting type exercises...but watch your back for strain. Look at books with muscle structure and look at those muscle and see which way they go and work toward that direction and see if it doesn't make a difference.

Ab workouts and no carbs or processed foods for the fact that it makes you bloated and drinking tons of water. make sure to workout 30 mins a day and do ab workout with a ball so your head or neck won't hurt ya.

How? Because they have no life outside of worrying about how their gut looks. Chocolate is sooo much more fun than doing 1000 crunches a day. I think a little softness on a stomach is sexy - it screams sensuality & enjoyment of earthly pleasures. And that you're not over obsessed with your looks. I'm sure yours is waaaay better than you give yourself credit for. We are always our own worst critics.

running exercise and a healthy diet also there metabolism is fast u can get ur metabolism faster so you dont gain alot of weight is by exercising

u need to do pushups like 100 a day do crunches.Do some like sit down open ur leg wide as u can open them then have somebody in front of u with their legs wide as they can have them then let them pull ur arms so u can lean forword then u pull their arms.
