Genetics. Not much you can do to make yourself taller. Eat right, exercise.

I'm afraid that - barring lengthy, painful and expensive surgery - there's nothing you can do to make you grow any higher than your genes have already determined. Look at your parents and close family: if any of them made it to six foot at 16, you've got a fighting chance.

That said, eating well and not smoking can't hurt.

It is genetics that determines your height. There really is no way to make your self grow taller in any amount of time. But drinking a lot of milk. And taking vitamins do help with bone growth and strength.

Yeah of course. It runs in most of your family so it's in your genes. I doubt the four inches in a year but you most likely are going to have a growth spurt.

Good diet, exercise and genetics are the only ways to ensure a healthy growing body

There are ways to speed your growth, assuming your growth plates are still open (going to guess they are at 15). Talk to your parents about seeing an endocrinologist.

As the people keep saying, genetics, otherwise watch the movie GATTACA. Might give you an idea.

You can't alter the height that nature has ordained for you. Accept who you are in whatevery form you develop. Chill out.

I'm tired of this kind of question. Your genetics have already determined how tall you will be. There is nothing, I repeat, nothing you can do to change this.
