Go down to the tax office where you pay for your registration. Get an application for title transfer, fill out the information, and mail it to them. If you have the original title, sign the back and then mail it to him also. He then has to go to the tax office where he wants to register the vehicle and give it to them and pay the fees.

He can also go pick up the forms and mail them to you to sign and send back to him.

Good Luck!

Send a bill of sale and the signed title to the person and let them handle it. They will only have to apply for a new title just as though you sold it in state. Nothing special to do.

Look on the back of the title there is a spot to sign ownership over. Sign that and send it off through the mail.

(If you don't have the title then you committed fraud by deception and can be sued.)

Sign the back of it, send it and a bill of sale to the new owner. Make sure you send it certified, the rest is up to them.
