Tried a freeze dried version of wheat grass today, u have to mix it with juice and down it like a shot. Apparently its as nutritionally as beneficial as a kilo of veg. Has it changed your life?!

I have tried a shot of wheat grass prepared by a local organic food store. It gave me a headache and they told me that was because it was removing toxins. It is a powerful antioxidant from what I have heard. I have had it enough to really reap the benefits, but I did feel somewhat better the next few days.

What you tried sounds gross. Fresh cut wheat grass has a slight sweet taste. It's wonderful in salads or juiced.

I cant say it has changed my life, but it is incredibly good for you - it can make you nauseous when you first start using it though.
