I'm not a girl, but through my previous relationships it has been explained to me that the cycle should fall around the same time each month. it may vary anywhere from a day to several days. Some factors that can cause change may be the type and strength of birth control medications; intercourse; or pregnancy.

no not always i always get mine a couple days after and my cycle is always changing. One month i'll get it at the beginning of the month and a couple months down the road i'll get it towards the end of the month.

i dont...sometimes it will be 3 weeks between each one, sometimes 6. some girls are right on time, some are always loate, some vary. any of those are completely normal.
