Can you please refrain from these silly questions. That's 'IF', He does, which will be impossible, and do not make up God the All Mighty to be like this, no on knows how He looks like, and all we know he is nothing like us humans, or any of his creations.
Please do not use the IF and especially about God the All Mighty. Don't you have any shame in what you are saying? The one that created you and veryone else, that gave you everything you needed, created everything that we may use. And you are not even grateful of it. And you are mocking His existence on this earth like this!? He is the reason behind your existence on this earth as a human being. He gave you permission to breath and use everything on this earth. He can take your life away when ever he wants. People like you don't even care, and are not grateful to God one tiny bit.
Liven up dude!!! This ain't a fairy world you are living in, it's reality!! There's a purpose for everything that has been created, and that purpose, only God the All Mighty knows, and it;s not for us to question.

Jesus was not an ordinary man, he was empowered by God, so there is no question that He will not know who Jesus is, also because He is omniscient, so he knows it all.
Also, he doesn't have 3 heads, only one and you are an idiot.

simple, he does not exist - so if s/he did arrive on earth it would just be a case of getting this person to a doctor quickly so they could be committed.
