tea tree oil works awesome for all sorts of skin troubles... also try using some kind of facial mud mask (i love Freeman's Totally Juicy Crackle Clay Tangerine Masque) after five minutes rinse and leave a hot wet wash cloth on your face for a minute .. this will soften your skin and give you a dewey complexion and make up with go on smoother and look nicer... go VEEERRY easy on the make up... maybe a powder instead of a heavy foundation... or mix your foundation w/ a little moisterizer

You can go to anywhere make-up is sold, and buy GREEN cover stick/cream. I know it sounds weird, but the green will eliminate the red in the spots.

First, clean your skin really well and exfoliate to get the dead skin cells off. Then moisturize. Take the green cover up and dab over all the spots and blend, then dab a little more, blend, until you see green but not the spots.

Now, take a make-up sponge, wet it and wring it out. Apply your make up with the damp sponge, over the green and over your whole face. Don't forget your neck and decolette so that you don't show lines.

Once you get the foundation on, take a brush and put a LIGHT layer of powder over your face and neck, everywhere you used foundation. This will set the overall finish. Just a tiny bit of powder. A lot, and you start flaking, etc.

Now, a little blush, and your "pallette" is done. Now do your eye make-up and lips.

It seems like a lot of work, but you're going to look GREAT!

Good luck and have fun at the party!

Gently exfoliate - try some of the scrubbing granules, then use an oil-free moisturizer, let that "set" a few minutes. Then apply makeup. I like mineral makeup best.

Are you talking about pimples? Try cleaning with a really good astringent. I don't know what else to tell you. Make-up kinda makes pimples look worse. Look into going to a dermatologist if this a continuing problem. Good luck.
