Put it in a crock pot with a can of cream of mushroom soup and some light seasoning and let it cook for about 8 hours. When the meat easily pulls apart it is done.

Brown it in Dutch oven or large pot; spread with horseradish. Turn down heat; cover and simmer 2 hours. Add potatoes, carrots, onions and garlic. Add 1 cup water; cover and simmer 1 hour. Make gravy from drippings.

you could cut into smaller portions, put a batter on it and deep fry..Then you would have chicken fried steak....Yummy!!
