they usually do but if you buy certain brands, the salt wont be there....and then theres other brands that have ALOT more salt than others.....I hope I helped!!!!

Turn it over and read the ingrediant content, if it says salt or sodium yes it does then look at the nutrition label. They add salt for preservatives. They are LOADED with salt.

As a rule they USED to have a high sodium content. But now they have become more "HEALTH" oriented. Just look at the box of the frozen food you are interested in, it's listed on it.

Most prepared foods have lots of salt. Check the label, and find out from dr. what he recommends, American labels also give the % of the daily recommended for the average person.

Most do (i.e. Hungry Man, Marie Calendars) but some brands like Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine have very low sodium content.
