Running the new Internet Explorer 7 on Windows XP Pro

un-install re-install it thats all i can think of if that dont work un-install ie7 (go to my computer>program files>internet explorer>then just delete the files. WARNING make sure u have firefox installed as well so u can re-download ie7) then re-install it now if that don't work im lost

could also be that its in use. close all your internet windows.

remove the gray and you can use it.
