As long as you are trained in weight lifting AND have a spotter, this should be fine. NEVER lift without experience or a spotter.

If you want to get a good workout routine you should go to www.ast-ss.com and sign up for the max-ot program. its free and provides a complete workout routine and plenty of useful info. also shows you how to properly perform each exercise. From what i see theres not much wrong with your workout plan. The only thing i see is that your doing high amounts of reps. If your trying to gain muscle you need to cut reps down to 6-8 per set. If you want to gain strength and mass then do 4-6 with a weight that you can lift for 4 reps but no more than 6.

and you should always do flat bench before inclines or declines.
