I have an emachines from walmart and i can burn movies but not all. A friend of mine went and bought a seperate burner from walmart and can burn all the movies. Can anyone help me?
I am new to the movie thing.

you need dvdfab decrypter, dvd shrink and or dvd decrypter or ImgBurn to do what you want. (all free too)

Probably one that can burn both the hv and tcx formats onto a bicarbonate slp media storage device.

try a software called dvd shrink, it's free.
