I use Crest Total with Whitening. It's very effective and helps your teeth against staining not simply by what you eat but an undue acid proportion in the body if you're not ph balanced so to speak. I read an article on Libya recently I thought was kind of funny in terms of steps toward normalizing relations. They say they've got everything you want to buy though most Libyans can't afford it. They even have a brand of toothpaste called ... ' Crust '.

A girl in my school when I was going, did a project about toothpastes as well and she found out that colgate actually strips your enamel off of your teeth. I use Tom's of Main non flourinated toothpaste only because flouride aids in the growth of Alzheimers. Which isn't what I need due to the fact that its in my genes.

my dentist and ortodontist said to use crest because it kills the germs better and i use crest. i use to have colgate but it didn't work that great so then i changed to crest and i don't have a problem. plus crest has a stronger smell to it to where it kills the germs
