what happens when that much water vapor is released into the atmosphere through hydrogen fuel cells?
There is no possible way to comlpetely understand the outcome of so much water vapor being released into the atmoshphere.
Lets say that half of the cars on the road used hydrogen fuel cells and the other half used gasoline. In high traffic areas like Los Angeles you could have some very nasty rains falling down.

Someone who manufacturs them is not going to admit that it may be harmful to the climate if it could cost him millions of dollars in lost revenue.
