Revelation 1: 8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. The Lord Jesus Christ is the Almighty He had to become a man so He could come to the earth and die for sins. In the biginning God created the heaven and earth. Genesis 1: 1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. The Lord Jesus Christ is the one that created all things in the befinning. Ephesians 3: 9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: There is no time with God in the end there will be only one heaven and one earth. Revelation 21: 1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. Revelation 21: 6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

To be fair and accurate, Revelation 1:8 is actually a message from God given through Jesus to John. It is God who is declared as the first and last, the alpha and omega, the beginning and the ending.

However, the same is said of Jesus and by Jesus later in the chapter in verses 11, 17, 18. A clear declaration by Christ of His divinity and equality with God.

Dear John,

Yes, Jesus Christ is Alpha and Omega. That is just one of the many names that He has. The fact that Jesus took on a human nature meant that He had to be born of a woman to identify with mankind. He never ceased to be God in taking on a human nature. He came to save some rebels of the human race and make them His children. To do this He had to become a person but was still God. Jesus Christ was the only One that could endure eternal damntion and come out at the other end, thus paying for the sins of His sheep, or elect, or saints. Christ did not pay for the sins of everyone because if He did, then NO ONE could go to hell. However, God tells us that hell (lake of fire) will be very heavily populated (Straight is the gate and narrow is the way that leadeth to eternal life and few there be that find it.)

Before Jesus who was human appeared on the earth He existed as God before all things came into existence, The Alpha, and since he has left this world, and will come back as Judge He is The End. All things begin with Jesus the Christ and will have their end.

He was in the beginning of the creation of the world, Genesis 1:1 and will judge the people of the world at the end. Jesus was the Word in Genesis 1:1, Read John 1:1,2 and 14

So John how do you explain Revelation 1:6

6and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father—to him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen.

Rev 3:11,12,

11I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. 12Him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will he leave it. I will write on him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God;

So if Jesus is God Almighty Who is his God
"the more than Almighty"?

I agree that Alpha and Omega is Almighty God, I just don't see where Jesus is.

If you are going to quote scriptures please do so accurately.

Yes. Oui. Si. Ja.

If you look in Genesis 14:8 there is an account where Abraham encounters a King called Melchizidek, who rules a Kingdom called Salem (which means peace). Abraham gives Melchizidek a tenth of the spoils of a recent war Abraham fought.

The record says that Melchizidek had no father and no mother. Many Bible scholars believe this is one of several "theophanies", or appearances of Jesus Christ, outside of the normal time-line that we expect Him to appear in. That is because He, being God, is not subject to the laws of space and time which He Created.

When He was on earth with His disciples, even after His death and resurrection, He ate with them. He obviously put the food in his mouth. Doubting disciple Thomas even touched Him, examining the nail prints on Jesus' new multi-dimensional body.

I believe that Jesus, being God, can appear in whatever form, where ever and when ever in all of the space time continuum that He desires. He is not subject to the laws of time. We believe that time is chronological, meaning point A to point B. Since our frail and seemingly wisplike short lifespans must start at point A and end rather quickly at point B, we have the preconceived notion that every being must follow suit.

If one lives outside the physical laws of time, not being subject to time or space, one would not have to have what we call a "Beginning" or an "End". In fact, since Christ Alone is referred to as "The Beginning" and "The End", it seems significant that Creator King Christ started everything and will end everything as we know it...at His own discretion.

The Book of John says that He made everything that was made. Everything was made for Him. And Colossians says that He holds everything together. Wouldn't it be amazing if theoretical physicists discovered that Christ Himself was the Grand Unified Theory?

Jesus is the first born son of god. When are you going to realise that Jesus is not the same person as God. And is no more a part of god than i am a part of my paternal father.
God is the Alpha and the omega. The Amighty is god and is not Jesus.
