Please list your particular denomination (I'm trying to map them out), when they believe the "rapture" will take place in relation to the tribulation (pre-trib, trib, post-trib), and what scripture they point to when trying to justify their belief.

Also, if your church does not believe in the "rapture", please list the denomination and scriptural references, too.

If you're not a Christian, please don't post a response to this question.

We believe in the rapture, and we believe the pre trib point of view, and it is easily biblicaly prooved. God tells us the rapture comes before the great tribulation. BEFORE, but we will still be in a time of some tribulation. gosh isnt it here now. ??? yes. But, these are the last days, most run from God and live apart from God and therefore the state of the world has much violence, and all other forms of sin and filth and degradation Its a anything goes society, and even many Christians say today that grace covers alll sins. NO. It will not cover deliberate sins. all sin leads to death. those arent my words but Gods. The onlly thing that ended at the cross was the need to atone for our sins. Jesus paid the price with His blood. No more atonement needed. But, we are calling to lead Holy,, Obedient lives in peace and love. To love the sinner and hate the sin, and to tell the world about JESUS COMING SOON. But, the only way any of us will make it thru to the rapture is by totally being in Gods protection by loving Him enuff to obey HIM. Some will say this is a mid trib point of view. NO, We believe Jesus will come Before the great tribulation, not part way thru it. Do some serious study in the Bible on this and you will find its the only truly proveable conclusion where the rapture is concderned. We cant read scripture to justify our belief in anything. we could be wrong. Noone has all the answers. Thats whe should be studying more and more till Jesus comes. and praying. I am a full gospel, Bible believing Christian, and a pentacostal. But that wont tell you a lot. There are as many varying degrees of churches saying they are pentacostals, as there are baptists or anything else. Anytime a person doesnt agree, they go to another church or start up their own. BUt God gives us a right to believe as we want, and then how we end up is our decision. God doesnt reject anyone. But, many reject God and deceide they dont want God or Heaven. But God allows them to make that choice. Press on , Keep studying. and think on this one. If you truly know God and His character, He is a God of love, right. Why would He leave His people here to suffer the great wrath of the great tribulation. ???? why??? Does that fit with the character of God. ? I think not. But, in my denomination, there are many who believe as I do, some believe in mid trib, and post trib, and a few new Pentacostal religions dont believe in any rapture. I suspect you will find this out in a study of almost any faith. as people, we have the free will to think on our own, and many make their belifs fit what they want, or they let others tell them. Only God is to tell us anything. I dont even say to listen to me. Listen only to God. study , pray. seek truth and you will find it. God bless you for studying these things on your own. You are seeking truth, therefore you will find it. God loves you...

Catholic. We don't believe in the 'Rapture', we believe in the Parousia. Jesus will come back for us ONCE, and that will be at the Second Coming.
