If he's your boyfriend, or finance, don't you think you should ask him?? He's your best source of info. Has he completed BCT yet?? The complete job (MOS) description is in the source links. I'm sure that's what you used to get most of the info you have.

It's part of the Ordnance Branch. Typically, their training is done at APG. I don't know if it's the same for this MOS, but that's where my hubby did his.

EDIT: My hubby reminded me that APG is closing as part of the BRAC list. All of Ordnance is moving to VA and he thinks that MOS probably already has. Hope that helps.

The guy that said to avoid the townies is beyond right! Listen to that advice and hold it near and dear to you. As far as finding love, if you are only referring to military with military I am not really sure. I don't see a lot of military couples where both are in the service but of course they are out there. My husband is a Marine and we met a few months after he got to his base. Been married over 2 years now, he is on deployment #2, and currently looking to reenlist. Military marriages can be just as blissful as civilian ones as long as you seriously choose the right person. Love can not conquer all here. There are other things in this world that take a lot of hard doing. Like loyalty, trust, respect, and maturity. Good Luck with everything!

The US Army will send him where they need him. Unless you get married you may not get the same duty station.
