Watch what you eat. Drink a lot of water. And get plenty of exercise. Make sure not to eat a lot of junk foods, or fried foods. Stay away from greasy stuff. Veggies and fruits, white meat is leaner meat so that's better for you. Don't eat too much sugar. Walking and running is really good. Lots of cardiovascular exercises. Really, just do all the right things and you should be in tip top shape in no time.

You've asked two different questions, because rarely are quick methods going to be healthy. If you want to lose quickly....fasting or seriously restricting your calories(under 800 a day) along with massive amounts of aerobic exercise will drop weight. If you want healthy.....start by journaling everything you eat in a day, and figure out how much OVER your daily requirements you're eating. Then reduce the amount you're eating so you're at a deficit of 400-500 calories a day. Add 30 minutes of exercise to your schedule every day. Between these two changes you should see weight loss of 1-2 pounds a week, and if you can make these small changes part of you daily ritual forever, your body will in time find it's perfect healthy set point and stay there. Just remember that genetics may have a different idea of what's perfect than you do.

The healthiest way of losing weight is never the quickest. You need to understand that if you lose weight fast your body will not approve of it. You will gain all the weight back...actually faster than when you lost it.
My advise...eat healthy and keep yourself active and don't think about your weight...you will see the difference when you least expect it...

Exercise regularly and control your portions when eating. I've also found that drinking a little dill pickle juice after a big meal helps because the vinegar cleans your colon. It also helps with indegestion, but there is no quick and easy way to lose weight. To lose the weight and keep it off, you must make a lifestyle change by eating healthy foods, paying attention to the portions of food you consume and exercising regularly.

While at home do situpz and bicycle situpz and full situpz. do even touch your toes sit-upz n side situpz. find time also to jog or walk a distance. when you have a craving for sweetz..drink water or eat fruit. slim fast is a good drink yo drink.

Exercise! Believe me, it's the only way to have a fit body. Along with regular exercise, you may also control your food intake with Weight Loss/Hoodia sample. These will help develop firmer muscles, while you burn fats and shed off those extra pounds. Check out this site http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php for more info.

do a lot of walking but drink a lot of water too, there are no miracle pills, cremes, excercise machines that can do this for you although going to the gym would help, just make it a habit of an exercise and healthy eating regime, and that should be more than enough.
