It is recommended that a women try to stay fit during her pregnancy in the most COMFORTABLE way possible, without strain. This can help you alot during delivery!
I would recommend walking, Kegel Exercises ( found in most pregnancy books. A way to 'work" the muscles used in delivery), some women try swimming, which really helps to alleviate pressure, as well as good exercise. I've even heard of women taking beginner dance classes...( i.e..Belly Dancing) There are many SAFE exercise routines for preggo ladies. Just ask your doctor which one would be best for you!!!

There are many thing you can do. But anyone without asking your doctor. I personally think yoga is a great thing because it will help you to keep a good posture and also to feel calmed. There are special books or trainings about yoga for pregnancy.
But something also very important is to keep a mental workout. In such a way that you would incentive your intellectual abilities and knowledge. After giving birth you could feel depressed. To be proud of your pregnancy process could be a great way to fight against depression.
Learn more about pregnancy but don't forget to continue in touch with the rest of the world and the things you like the most.
Trust in your couple and make him feel part of the process. he should also be involved in the workout!

When I was pregnant I was told by my doctor to maintain the same level of activity I had before I was pregnant. It was also recommended that I take a walk each day. Cardi is good, but running is hard on the body. So walking or an elliptical machine would be best.

By far any doctor will tell you: Walking.
Fun one: Intimatcy with husband (LOL) trying not to be graphic
At home when not feeling like doing anything else:
squats, leg raises, lay on back and left rear up and squeeze, arm weight curls and stretching. People also swear by Yoga.
I walked alot both pregnancies, had easy deliveries.
