Sloppy joes. I just use bread slices when we run out of buns.

Here is a good recipe though.

Campbell’s Beef Taco Bake

1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell’s Condensed Tomato Soup
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup milk
6 flour tortilla or 8 corn tortilla (6 to 8-inches), cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.

Add soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and HALF the cheese. Spoon into 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Cover.

Bake for 30 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Servings: 4.

A little ketchup to glaze it with
Preheat oven to 325.
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
Mix well with hands until thoroughly blended.
Spread into loaf pans- loosely, don't pack too tightly.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Remove foil and spread ketchup on top bake for an additional 15 minutes until top is brown (raise oven temp to 350 at this point for a crispier top).

Meatloaf seems to be an easy way to go.
Just mix in one beat egg, one cup of cracker meal, a green or red bell pepper as well as one medium-sized white onion(Both finely chopped). add some salt, oregano, parsley, and garlic, and about 4 ounces of Tomato Puree or Paste. Mix it all in well into the ground beef. pre-heat the oven to 350. Roll up the prepared ground beef into a cylinder shape, and put into an oven safe pot or baking sheet, and put it into the oven for about 35-40 minutes. You can make some french fries or Mashed Potatoes with that, and maybe some cron on the cob or some other kind of veggies!
Best of Luck!

Sloppy Joe's

1 pound lean ground beef
2 to 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup prepared French onion soup
Yellow mustard
4 slices white bread
1 medium onion, cut into rings

In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef and drain. Return ground beef to skillet and sprinkle in 2 to 3 tablespoons flour. Add onion soup, stir, and cook until meat mixture is thickened and most of the liquid is absorbed. Spread mustard on white bread, spoon ground beef mixture onto bread and top with onion.

grab a dollar run to the store and get some hamburger helper (generic brand) preferably one that doesn't need milk.

You could make hamburger steaks just throw in some spices and herbs in the meat (pepper and salt if that's all ya got) then pound it into patties and fry them up. Garnish with onions or mushrooms and smother in steak sauce.

Spaghetti. I personally like small meatballs in mine. mix the hamburger with breadcrumbs, garlic powder and parmesan cheese, roll into small balls and bake on 350. Dress up a jar of spaghetti sauce and add garlic bread. the longer the sauce simmers the better. I also like to add slices of pepperoni to my sauce.
Tacos. Brown hamburger add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water. Simmer . serve with your fav toppings.
Hamburger soup - brown hamburger, add beef broth (canned), diced potatoes and assorted veggies and small pasta.
Chili - brown hamburger, add chili seasoning, beans, tomato paste, water, diced tomatoes. We serve ours with chopped onions, cheese & Fritos
Tater tot casserole - brown hamburger. Pour tatertots in casserole dish, arrange so they cover the bottom. Mix cream of mushroom soup, hamburger and pour on. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and shredded cheese. I try to sneak a veggie in too.

All of these are really easy 'cause I'm active in several things in my community, have two young kids and my husband has a sporadic work schedule so I usually have to whip something up in a hurry.

Good Luck.

how about salisbury steak? mix the hamburger with half cup of breadcrumbs, 1 egg, small onion minced, clove of garlic minced, salt and pepper to taste. shape into little oval patties about 3/4" thick. broil and top with a brown gravy that has onions and mushrooms mixed in. very yummy.

I love hamburger helper but I don't think that's what you had in mind...

The Cheesy favorites are the best in my opinion, although the Italian and Mexican favorites deserve respect as well.
