Well it looks like @ngela got the scripture verse.
I find some of these answers very interesting.
A valid, intelligent opinion is formed based on knowledge and education. It is quite foolish to spout off opinions about things that one knows little to nothing about. One person's opinion can influence another and another . . . Sharing opinions that have no basis or foundation in truth can at the most be very damaging on many and at the least make one appear to be an uneducated, simple fool.
