Does anyone know what month is the annual steel drum competition in Trinidad?

Carnival is February 19 & 20 in 2007, so you can expect Panorama in the month leading up to Carnival. As much as I love going to the actual competition, for me the highlight was checking out the bands practice pre-competition at the panyards (it's free!). Real nice teaser.
