On my boyfriends birthday I made him a stuffed Mario and put it in his car before he went to work, Then when he came home I put his computer monitor on the bed with a big red bow on it and rose pedals all around it. I made an awesome dinner and we spent the night playing video games and having sex. My boyfriend is a huge nerd so anything electronic turns him on, haha. He's so easy to please. Thank goodness. I hate people who are hard to buy for.

Buy a 6 pack and pop some popcorn!
Buy him some new tires or new tools!
Rent Rambo or Die Hard and watch it with him!
Any of these things should work with a man because that's about there mindset when it comes to romance!

i think something romantic a girl can do for her guy is take him out to dinner and the movies. or make him dinner. and not just anything, but his favorite food. give him a massage, run him a bath, all the same things he would do for you, do for him.

cook anice homecooked meal...the way to a mans heart! lol some others areput a i love you note on his bath room mirror. give him a back massage orplan a neat get away for just the two of you it dont have to expensive...maybe if you can get tickets to a pro football game he likes or even a concert!!good luck to you!

put a chocolate trail (candy) from the door to your bed, with candles lit all over the house. when he followes the trail he meets you on the bed with a bottle of champagne and the hottest lingerie you own. This will make him very happy

I sometimes just make a dessert my husband likes, or i make supper for him and clean the house when he comes home...shoot what does he like, go off of that and be creative!
