why does most have white hair all over and other have it in just a few places.

maybe it has to do with your jeans

unless there is a major medical incident hair " turns" grey gradually
the age depends on hormones genetics diet etc..
when you see all grey/white they are done with the process/
most cover it up in the process.so you see fewer in-betweeners (salt and pepper)
since more people are opting for natural these days, you'll see more and more of it too.

people with white hair in patches are in the process of going white/grey.(losing color pigment in hair as we age).people who are all-white or all-grey have completed the process.the rate is determined by genetics,and can start as early as one's 20's.people who lose pigment early should be checked for osteoporosis,the gene that determines early greying is right next to a gene that can begin osteoporosis early,too.this goes for males as well as females.
