Be careful Montecarlo is more than expensive !
I am leaving in south of france, Montecarlo is expensive and i don't go there to much. There is some other places not far from there where you can be which are much cheaper. Keep in mind that there is a train station in Montecarlo (it is actually Monaco station) where you can go from every city in the riviera

Very expensive. I am a professional dancer who has performed at Princess Grace's theater... A roasted chicken was the equivalent to 20 USD. You need incredible fashion to even go into the Casino... However, the country all be it small if simply gorgeous.

Yes, the cost of living is high.

Apartments are very expensive but you don't pay any taxes if you're foreigner.

Yep it is. It's actually in Monaco - casinos, gardens, yachts, etc. Alot of celebrities and rich people.
