i go to istanbul more than once a year, i'm thinking of going there soon to stay for a week, but here in Egypt there are no tours in the next few months.
i use tours, because they do everything like booking hotels, transportation...etc
i thought about renting an apartment, so tell me will it be cheaper to rent a small apartment or should i book in a 3-4 star hotel?
and if apartments are cheap, how can i do that before i travel?
i would appreciate ur help

I wouldn't recommend you to rent an apartment just for 1 week. If I were you I would go with a 3-4 star hotel. On the internet you can find many hot offers for online reservations. Additionally it is not very easy to find a short time apartment in Istanbul. The landlords are going with minimum 1 month rental. Hope it helps. If you have any other question you can e-mail direct, and I will try to do my best. Good luck.
